01. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
How do I return my item or order for a refund? ?
- Log in to my customer account at www.hublot-mode-marine.com.
- I go to "My orders" and then click on "Make a return request".
- I contact customer service by completing thereturns request form, indicating the reason for the return and the items I wish to return.
- Customer service will process my request and send me a colissimo return label and instructions on how to make my return.
- I slip in my unworn, unwashed, non-personalized products, in their original packaging and with their label. I add the delivery note or invoice (available in my customer account). Alternatively, I can simply write the order number inside the parcel.
- I stick on the colissimo return label sent to me by customer service.
- I drop off my return parcel at my nearest colissimo relay point or request collection directly from your mailbox: https://www.laposte.fr/expedition-bal/formulaire
- I treasure my tracking number.
You will receive confirmation of your return by email and your money will be refunded within 30 days.
How long do I have to return a product?
You may return the product(s) with which you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Is there a charge for returns?
Return shipping costs 3.95 euros.
How long will it take to get my money back?
You will be reimbursed within 45 days of dispatch of your parcel.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
We do not offer standard exchanges. We therefore invite you to return your items and place a new order on our website.
02. ORDER & DELIVERY
What are the delivery costs and times?
Standard home delivery: Colissimo - Delivery within 3 to 5 working days after 48 hours of order preparation - 6.45 euros
24/48h home delivery: GLS - Next-day delivery (not guaranteed) if order placed before 12 noon - 5.95 euros
Standard relay point delivery: Colissimo - Delivery within 3 to 5 working days after 48h order preparation - 4.45 euros (Free delivery for orders over €120)
24/48h relay point delivery: GLS - Next-day delivery (not guaranteed) for orders placed before 12 noon - 3.95 euros(Free delivery for orders over €120)
Where can I have my parcel delivered?
- At home: we deliver your parcel directly to your home within 3 to 5 working days via colissimo and within 1 to 2 working days via GLS for express delivery after payment of your order, in Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM), including Monaco and as far as Corsica.
- Point relais: you can choose the nearest point of collection, and we will deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days via Colissimo after payment of your order, and within 1 to 2 working days via GLS for express delivery after payment of your order, in Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM), including Monaco and as far as Corsica.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.
My order is missing an item and my delivery is not correct.
If the part received does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us directly via our contact form with the order number, photos of the part received, the label attached to the part and the label attached to the parcel.
If a part is missing from your parcel, send us an e-mail via our contact form with the name of the missing part, the order number and the label stuck on the parcel. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I haven't had any shipping information for my order for a few days.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to be updated. This is the time it takes for our carrier to collect your order. If you do not receive this e-mail within 3 working days of placing your order, please write to us.
Can I still change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we take immediate steps to ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible. As a result, your order cannot be changed once it has been placed.

We accept credit card payments including CB, Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

To create your Hublot Mode Marine account and join our great community, simply follow the steps to register:

If you would like to receive our newsletter, all our latest news and information about our events, simply go to the bottom of the main page of the website and enter your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe directly from the newsletter by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page.

What rights do I have regarding my account and personal data?
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by the Personal Data Protection Act of June 20, 2018, and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, limit the processing of, delete and port your data that you have provided to Hublot Mode Marine. You also have the right to provide for directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.
How can I exercise my rights regarding my personal data?
